There are so many amazing self improvement podcasts out there, so I thought I would round up my favorite podcasts that you should be listening to. This list is full of the best self improvement podcasts for everyone who wants to focus on living their best life.
The podcasting industry has grown so much in recent years, and new podcasts are launching every single day. With so many options out there, it can feel a bit overwhelming to find some good choices. My best advice is to find 5-10 of your go-to favorite podcasts, subscribe to them, and make time to listen to any new episodes that spark your interest each week.

This is one personal development podcast on the list that is geared towards female entrepreneurs. If you are building your own business and dealing with mindset obstacles – this is the podcast for you! It is hosted by Jessica Thiefels, a pro at business mindset, coaching, and marketing.

Unlocking Us with Brené Brown is an inspirational and motivational podcast that shares personal stories around topics of self-growth, personal development, and deep conversations. This podcast is a good listen during a self-care night.

The Best of You podcast is hosted by psychologist and author Dr. Alison Cook. This podcast focuses on psychology from a faith-based perspective and will help you to discover how to break free from painful patterns, mend your past, and discover what brings out the best of you.
UnF*ck Your Brain is the podcast for high-achieving feminist women who struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, and imposter syndrome. It is hosted by Master Certified Confidence Coach Kara Loewentheil, J.D. Some of the episode topics are around how to overcome social conditioning and your own self-critical thoughts so that you can reduce your anxiety and insecurity, boost your self-confidence, and get what you want in life.
Therapy for Black Girls is a weekly podcast hosted by Dr. Joy Harden Bradford, a licensed psychologist in Atlanta, Georgia. The episodes talk about all things mental health and personal development.

This podcast is new and just launched in 2022, but I’m so excited to listen to new episodes they release. The Friends With Mental Health Benefits podcast focuses on helping you care for your mental health at work, a place we’ll spend nearly ⅓ of our lives.
From the Shine app’s co-founders Marah Lidey and Naomi Hirabayashi comes “Friends With Mental Health Benefits,” a podcast highlighting the untold mental health stories of founders and senior leaders.
If you’re interested in meditation but lacking time, Kelly Smith, founder of Yoga For You, has you covered with the Mindful in Minutes Meditation podcast. She drops short, weekly guided meditations that are 20 minutes or less to help you stress less and live more.
